Fire them all. This has been a cosmic failure all around. Nobody deserves to be on staff. Call an all staff meeting and tell them all to gather their personal belongings and leave.

Have you ever been part of a team (work, sports, or otherwise) with a shitty leader? That's a tough place to be - trying to do your best in a toxic and inept environment.
One, we should see how good they can be without BK around, and two we should celebrate them for sticking it out and being professionals, and probably give them credit for some of our winning in spite of having a terrible leader.
