We need an offensive innovative mind as head coach not a CEO.

Quit playing around and get somebody who is a proven HC who can score. End of story.

The "train" will get going.

Either Joe Brady, a long shot, or Alex Goresh, a proven offensive mind and HC at USF.

i wasnt referring to coach O. I for one would love to see him on staff as the dline coach. He is a big time recruiter.

I wanted the innovative offensive mind of Tom Herman and then Lincoln Riley in the last couple searches. I think I’ll just sit this one out. Lol

I get it and agree. We need someone who isnt defense stupid either. Lane's dc is pretty good.

Lane train is the way.

Had a working relationship with Burreaux so we still get 2019.

tDecline after that would have been slower and we might not get Jayden. I'd guess we fire him in 2023 or 2024.

Also a coach who has his team play with an attitude. GT coach and vandy coach seem to have it

Meh those type of coaches rarely win titles. Give me a youngish CEO type coach who has a good eye for coordinators

Until the defense suffers then fans will complain we need a defensive coach.
Its a never ending cycle

I don’t care if it’s offensive or defensive but the head coach has to run one side of the ball. Can’t have a CEO who has to hit on hires for both sides

Lane for example isnt stupid, he has Golden as his dc. And Weiss Jr as his oc.

Lane is a offensive guy who realizes he needs defense to win.

Why offensive?? Are you not paying attention to College Station? Bloomington? ……. Fireworks are not the answer. Discipline, tough, effort, trenches, attitude …..
