At least see what we have with him now. If he does well, we can try to build around him for next year. If he doesn’t, well at least we know it’s not worth paying him again and can go all in on a good portal qb.

Nussmeier and his injuries have made him a liability out there. You can see he has lost the competitive edge.

If Kelly is still our coach in two weeks, no way he plays MVB IMO. If by the grace of God MVB led us to a victory at Bama, Kelly would be exposed for the fruad he is.

I’m pretty sure VanBuren was promised play in 4 games and a redshirt. He has played in 2 games. It’s probably not fair to him to play him against Bama. So if that’s your plan (& I’m not opposed to it) that means Nuss plays against Bama & W. Kentucky. VanBuren gets Arky & Oklahoma.

I think Van Buren would welcome playing against Bama because he is a competitor without a loser mentality

Nuss could be missing both legs and fricktard Kelly will still start him.
It's a pride thing for Kelly at this point. Nuss should have been benched during the Florida game but here we are. Sitting him now is Kelly admitting he was wrong, which he will never do.
