You have to identify the problem first. Getting rid of Kelly before Woodward doesn’t change anything. Just like Kelly is Sloan and Davis’s boss, Woodward is Kelly’s. Kelly not given any guidance and direction on the best way to build this program falls on Woodward.

Then, the issue becomes is which doctor will handle the procedure. I sure as hell wouldn't want Woodward to make the next football and basketball hires.

Yep. Need to rip the band-aid off and start over. If Kelly is retained, next season will be very dark.. We will see a fan revolt.

Woody said he was intimidated by the coaches when he made the hire, said something to the effect of “how are these guys going to listen to me when they’ve making all of this money?” knew he was in over his head with that idiotic take
