Dressing like shite. I’ve never looked at him one time on the sidelines and thought…”that’s a sharp looking shirt, jacket, etc”. Can’t say this about any other coach in recent history.
He’s also good at always having a built in excuse to cover his arse. Has made an entire career out of it while never achieving anything.

He took the job at LSU thinking that he could be a CEO type coach and just manage the team from a distance. He was relying on LSU being LSU to do a lot of the work for him. We are a sleeping giant that woke up a few times in the past 25 years to show our full potential. Our state produces top talent and we have no in-state competition. On the surface, that looks like an easy path to success. Maybe it would be if he surrounded himself with top assistants, but he's made some truly terrible hires and now he's paying the price.

Honestly I think he's more of a general manager with the business and structure side of it all than he is anything else. He's helped build the infrastructure and stabilize the program from that aspect if we are being honest about it. I think a really good coach could come in with everything thats in place and be really successful at just coaching.
