Not a caterer, but I’ve had an office supply a lunch from Cowboy Chicken once and it was a good option. Pans of baked chicken and a bunch of sides. I enjoyed it if you’re looking for a cheaper, less formal option.

I’ve also had one from Superior. Pans of Fajitas and such.

Culinary Productions in Baton Rouge. Been doing business with them for over 20 years.
Food is phenomenal. Done small lunches, huge tailgates, chef’s tables, holidays, etc. They do it all.
