I asked chatGPT What is wrong with the LSU offense.

It came back with a long detailed answer, but here is the summary
Summary
In short: LSU’s offense is stuck in a limbo where it has talent and flashes of potential, but it’s rarely consistent enough to dominate games. The run game is under-delivering, the RPO/play-design is mis-firing, protection and blocking have breakdowns, and the passing game isn’t carrying the load. Until multiple of those issues are solved simultaneously, the offense will remain a liability rather than a strength.
you can query the ap if you want all the detail.

Google AI says....
LSU's 2025 offense is struggling due to a combination of factors, including an inconsistent run game hampered by offensive line struggles, a stagnant passing game with issues like poor receiver separation and dropped passes, and a recurring inability to convert in the red zone. These problems are rooted in a lack of down-to-down execution, play-calling, and the lingering effects of injuries, though recent adjustments have shown some signs of improvement.
1. Inconsistent run game
2. Struggling passing game
3. Redzone inefficiency
4. Lack of Physicality
5. Execution & Play Calling

We can't operate with any tempo. There is no flow to the offence.

It doesn't take AI to figure out that if you have a line that can block, you can run the ball, your QB has time to throw, and your defense gets a rest.

Ive got to ask...how is AI formats compile their info? Are they going out and pulling articles written and formulating their answers?

I asked it how to fix LSU football. ChatGPT recommends coaching changes on the offensive side. It also came with an achievable short-term plan.
Short plan (by timeline)
Short term (this week ? next 3 games)
• Simplify the offense script. Prioritize quick throws + 2–3 run plays.
• Intensive OL fundamentals clinic and consider small lineup change.
• Daily red-zone reps and a red-zone script.
• Start showing measurable goals (sacks <= X, red-zone TD% >= Y).
Medium term (remainder of season)
• Evaluate coaching staff performance vs. targets; make targeted staff changes if no improvement.
• Add veteran help from portal if a plug-and-play interior lineman or short-yardage back is available.
• Build an analytics dashboard to guide game plans.

shite, fire Sloan and use AI to call plays
Or atleast Sloan should do what everyone else does today….use AI to do your job.
He can afford Grok plus or chatgpt pro right?
Upload the situation we’re in and ask it to call our plays. It won’t call bubble screens and draws all day

It's all true and I'm so tired of it.

How about just make the coach show up to the facility and get to work like most coaches instead of golfing three times a week

No disrespect, but we really do not need AI to state what's wrong, the eye test with this team tells all.

My version is shorter - it's crap in all aspects

All of these lead back to poor coaching.
