I remain steadfast in my support of the deportation of illegal immigrants. I also do not believe that local law-enforcement should be doing the job or assisting federal agents.
In fact, assisting ICE is prohibited in Oregon. Not being a documented American citizen is not a criminal offense there.
They gave ample warning that they would be there to protect the public. No one should be surprised.
