“Felony” is the word you’re looking for Donnie Boy, it’s not a felony (the first time you do it anyway) however pretty sure you’re still subject to arrest and up to 6 months in jail and that’s before the charges of anything else you did while being here illegally get tacked on to it.

My God, what an idiot! "It's breaking the law, but it's not a crime" and "all crimes are not the same". Obviously, a murderer will get punished more than a speeder. but you still broke the law. They are both crimes, but felony and misdemeanor are two levels.
