He said Miller is a Nazi and Jewish and should be ashamed of himself. Miller is not a Nazi, so the statement is factually incorrect. Despite that, it will be difficult for Miller to pursue a defamation claim, since there is a higher standard for public figures. As a public figure, you put yourself out there and it raises the standard bar.

I'm not going to address everything you said but "Nazi" was a party with members. You were a member or you were not. "Fascist" is subjective.
