due to always hiring GREAT coordinators. They now won’t work for him and all his hires here have been terrible to average. Baker is average at best. Miami relieved him of his DC duties he was so bad.

BC cant create a game plan on his own.

I think at one time BK could run the whole show ,now he’s cruising to retirement.

Or maybe it’s that Kelly is absolutely the most uninspiring coach in a top 10 coaching job and recruits aren’t going to come, wallets aren’t gonna open, and players aren’t going to play for him unless he’s a winner. And from day 1 here he has been a short coming loser with excuses. Welp, now there aren’t any. He could cover that up to some extent playing at ND pre NIL but in the SEC that just doesn’t fly. Especially today’s game
