Is Baker an elite DC? It seems most think so. Lane surely wanted to keep him.
I don’t see sound schemes in several situational scenarios. Been consistently inconsistent to me. Maybe I just don’t see it.

this season. All kinds of emotion. He is all in the A$$ when there is something he doesn’t like. I guess the last few seasons he knew he wasn’t working with anything to get to worked up over.

Kelly is without a doubt the biggest BUM ever to hold the title of Head football coach at LSU.
The other coaches that failed just weren’t good coaches. Kelly never took ownership of anything while at LSU.

Nuss and his camp have called it a college career. I heard from someone there is fear of putting more bad film out there.
Plan is out of site and out of mind. Hopefully NFL scouts kinda forget how bad this was. Absence makes the heart fonder.

LSU and Bama and saw the writing on the wall. LSU without a coach and some real dumb Fuchs calling plays, still had a chance to win the game in the 4th quarter. He said, “I can run stuff again with the talent about to come out of LA in 26 and 27.
Dudes had more juice than an entire kindergarten. Has been on it for years.

I sure hope not. It has been said by many that know schemes, that his are basic and juvenile. His play calling as a DC were stripped from him at Miami and he still running the same scheme. We need a major upgrade at the DC spot. If Drink is not hired as HC, Baker is out.

It has come out that behind the scenes Kelly relied fully on his recruiting staff and did not personally target recruits. In other words, he didn’t evaluate film on recruits. What head coach getting 9 mil per season wouldn’t want to personally choose his roster?

Kelly didn't work out here. He didn't try. He worked on LSU football the least amount of hours possible. He had Frank running all the day to day operations. He didn't even know exactly who they were recruiting. My goodness. This was a disaster. And it seems like a lot of people in the Ops building knew this. He used LSU for money. He had no intentions of grinding it out to produce a Championship team here. Total disaster. Terrible hire. I know that was the best we thought we could get at the time. But for the massive payout, he should have been kicked in the A$$ and shown the door after the second season. I have lost all respect for BK. I consider him to be a joke of a coach. I still like Ed and Les even though they are not great football minds. Kelly is an utter disgrace. Good riddance!

it has to be MVB simply because you have to have a QB capable of picking up yards with his feet. Nuss’ runs this season have not been good.

BK just said earlier this week he was “protecting” Stamps redshirt for the future. Even mentioned he might see playing time this Saturday. Why not be truthful and say some players are not up to snuff and leave it at that. All the BS gets old quick. Just about all coaches do it.

due to always hiring GREAT coordinators. They now won’t work for him and all his hires here have been terrible to average. Baker is average at best. Miami relieved him of his DC duties he was so bad.
