You’re a good man for picking it up & tracking him down.

Reminds me of this past summer. My son got home from hanging out at casino beach, couldn't find his wallet. We hauled arse back to the boat ramp under 210 bridge (45miles). It was after dark already; with a flashlight we found his wallet in 3 foot of water next to the ramp. It was one of those metal clip wallets. Had $500 cash, his id, his twic card, company American express card and other credit cards in it. He was frkn happy about that recovery.

South bound on 49 thanksgiving night years ago and a truck pulls beside me flashing his lights. I pull over and find our family duffle hanging on the corner of four wheeler trailer 3” from the highway. One more bounce and all our shite would’ve been gone.

They have them now where you can put an Apple Itag in the wallet…after losing a couple due to my absentmindedness, I got one with this and no more lost wallets or keys (have Itag on them).

It's amazing how many guns, bags and what not are found along highways and such. Playing golf in Elleck one Sunday and on the way back pulled over at an intersection to take a piss. Wasn't driving so when we get home, no wallet. Knew right where it was. Drive back to the intersection, get out with my flashlight, boom there it was.

Found a nice custom revolver in a ditch on our interstate worksite one time. Found several hundred dollars cash in a ditch on another.
