What’s the boards honest opinion after watching the latest video? I personally think he’s at fault. I don’t understand how Matt moscona is holding the line of he’s not guilty after seeing all the evidence. All the other talking heads have recanted

He didn’t collide with anyone, but the accident was entirely on him. He was driving erratically.
It’s tragic that he took his life, but he’s responsible for what happened. He didn’t even stop to check on the victims.

He did the same sort of stupid thing that many of us did when we were younger but unfortunately it may have caused a chain events where someone died. In my opinion he would have only been found legally guilty of traffic violations.

No, never passed 3 passenger vehicles and a 18 wheeler doing 80 in a 40, on a narrow 2 lane road with no shoulder. Did dumb shite, never that dumb.
