The Letita James indictment is strong.

But so petty. AND I AM HERE FOR IT!!

Basically she secured the loan stating that it would be her 2nd home.

She instead leased it to a tenant.

The allegation is that doing this saved her $18,933 in interest on the loan

3.0% versus 3.81% ha

$18,933 ????

Then again- you live by the sword, I guess you die by the sword

FILE THE ABOVE UNDER “DID NOT AGE WELL”

So, she basically defrauded the bank out of $18,933 in interest. How much money did the "victims" of Trump's alleged fraud that Ms. James worked so hard to prosecute lose?

She also rented it, likely at a monthly profit, and used it as a tax break

A trifecta for big tish!

That is astonishing.

Is it true that her crime will be tried in Maryland?

Wasn’t there something about her other home having more bedrooms than stated, thus qualifying for a single family instead of multi family loan?

That was the one the two feds were out front of looking at when they got approached by a neighbor.

And her reason for charging Trump was that it hurt others not directly related to Trump’s loan, not that the bank was harmed. In this case the bank was harmed, to go along with the harm she did to the loan environment

She lied about her residency on one other application. Further, she listed her father as her husband on the third.

Overall, she saved a lot more than $19,000. And regardless, according to her, no one is above the law.

There will be several posters concerned about this, but will not condemn it.

What is the penalty for something like this?

She’ll be done as an attorney for sure but then again, it’s NY so who knows.

Wonder what her legal cost will be?

Maybe she'll defend herself.
