API lock on. At the bottom of an oak ridge that is boarded by a thicket and a dry creek. 3 bucks and 4 does so far. No shooters. A little chasing activity. Saw a good one Monday but out of bow range.

I hunted last weekend. The mornings were pleasant. I learned again why you don't crawl up in a tree in the evening when it's 84 degrees. Between the sweat and skeeters it was miserable. I do that every year.
Now I'm just looking for cool mornings.
Eyeing the weather, I told work I'd be in at lunch Friday morning. Weather says low of 56 degrees in NWLA.
