A lawyer showing a 5 second clip favorable to his client and going on TV? Of course there was more video. Not sure there could have been any more red flags. Holy

There are still people arguing Lacy has zero accountability, which blows my mind.

There's a pretty awesome 15sec video of a trooper coaching a witness to make sure his statement coincided with the report they had drawn up.

Not me. Person accountability only exists for a select group of people in America

I truly don’t think anything changed. The police report and statement is a downright lie to make Lacy’s involvement seem worse and criminal

quote:

2017 Kia Cadenza whose driver swerved left to avoid oncoming dodge charger”
The video and testimony proves 100% beyond any doubt that’s a lie

The civil nature of Lacy’s guilt is absolutely on the table with his negligence. But the criminal charges brought forth is still proven to absolutely be based primarily on a lie

The LSP actually did the “duping” here of simple minded people

People happily buried Lacy when this first game out. There was no defending him just because he was an lsu football player

No, the internet is the home of guilty until proven innocent

LSP did their job. There could have been a case against him. He started the chain of events that lead to this death by driving recklessly; which is illegal

Why is that? Is it a law to pull over and stop at every car accident you see?

Show me the lie

quote:

2017 Kia Cadenza whose driver swerved left to avoid oncoming dodge charger”
The oncoming charger caused a truck to slam on it's brakes which caused the Kia to swerve into oncoming traffic

Same. Thing.

Same thing

Swerving to avoid a braking truck and swerving to avoid an oncoming car is not remotely the same thing

What are you talking about?

The video that LSP released lines up with this situation perfectly

It's an absolute horrendous event. I am not pushing this to be on Lacy. I was sick when the news came out that he was potentially innocent in the events. But this footage and eye witness accounts line up with the LSP statement; although not perfectly written

quote:

Serving to avoid a braking truck and swerving to avoid an oncoming car is not remotely the same thing

Step 1 --.> Step 2 --> Step 3

Step 1 doesn't happen; Step 3 likely does not happen

What?

The video clearly shows the white vehicle swerves to avoid the braking truck

In their official statement and report the LSP say the white vehicle serves to avoid being hit by the oncoming dodge charger

Those are not the same thing, at all . One puts the entirety of the event on the dodge charger instead of properly saying what actually happens . That isn’t by accident either

Ironic.

The truck braked suddenly and swerved right to avoid an oncoming vehicle (This is a fact).

The car swerved left to avoid the truck from the previous statement. (This is also a fact).

Did she swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid the Dodge Challenger? No.

Did she swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid the truck because of the Dodge Challenger? Yes.

Even with all of these; if he took it to trial he likely pleads down and does no time. He may be in the NFL next season. Who knows.

Exactly. The report is a lie

Correct. But that isn’t some “minor detail”. It’s a major detail. Major
