DOJ admitted 4 of 4 FISAs were illegal. They all knew and signed anyway.

Give everyone involved just what the most severe of the Jan 6 punishments were. Seems fair to me

Our beloved country is actually in the midst of a soft-coup started in 2016-17.

Continuing conspiracy? The evidence is overwhelming.
And yet we were told there is no such thing as Lawfare, Antifa and unconstitutionally biased judges.

*Fruit of the poison tree.

Gdammit, I've been saying this THE WHOLE DAMN TIME!!!

* DV is either an imbecile or a flat out fricking treasonous piece of shite. Because we’ve always known that every crime allegedly uncovered from these four illegal FISA warrants is categorically null & void.

That’s the real reason the Mueller investigation found “nothing“ to press forward to accuse Trump of any crime . Because they knew it would never stand up in court. Russia Gate was always nothing but a political smear job.

I blame the Judges for not doing their jobs. They’re not there to be a rubber stamp of approval.

I know one of those four Judges. I was never impressed.

It’s totally kosher to leak lies to the media and then turn around and use those same lies as evidence to spy on a presidential candidate in a secret court AkTUalLy

He will also ask what year this came out in. Then, tell us that this was all investigated and no wrong doing was found.

I’m assuming the burden of proof threshold is very low in FISA courts to obtain a warrant or wiretap

It's pretty much already known and not necessarily a "nothing burger"

The issue is going to be SOL for any associated crimes, considering this was like 9 years ago.

There's that, too. Will hurt any attempted prosecution. This has already been reviewed by multiple agencies and bodies years ago.

I’m fine if they just sit in solitary confinement as long as the J6ers did.

Just for reference

Politico article from July 23, 2020

quote:

President Donald Trump’s first intelligence briefing as a candidate in August 2016 was led by FBI agents who had just opened an investigation into his team’s ties to Russia, according to a newly declassified document obtained by POLITICO.

The document, a seven-page summary of Trump’s intelligence briefing by the agent who helped lead it, was filed as part of the so-called Crossfire Hurricane probe, the codename for the bureau’s broader Russia investigation.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified the document, along with two others, on Thursday and sent them to Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who have been investigating the origins of the probe in addition to the Obama administration’s actions during the presidential transition period.

quote:

The agents’ decision to monitor the briefing appeared aimed at gleaning information from Trump’s close adviser, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who attended the briefing with Trump, and then-New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who was Trump’s transition team leader at the time. Flynn was codenamed “Crossfire Razor” by investigators, and the document heading includes a reference to his case. At the time, Trump had recently secured the Republican presidential nomination.

The summary indicates that the agent coordinating the briefing, Joe Pientka — also one of the agents who later interviewed Flynn days after Trump’s inauguration in 2017 — paid special attention to any mentions that Trump or Flynn made of Russia.

quote:

During a discussion of some foreign intelligence capabilities, Flynn mentioned that he had been responsible for signals intelligence during his time as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Pientka replied that that should give him a good sense of the capabilities foreign powers could deploy against the United States.

“Trump then stated, ‘Yes I understand it’s a dark time,’” Pientka described. “‘Nothing is safe on computers anymore. We used to lock things in a safe in a room. Now anyone can get in. My son is ten years old. He has a computer and we put a codeword on it. Within ten minutes he broke the codeword.’”

Added for temopral reference using Baron's age.

Not an applicable crime, but in the unrelated scenario where you could try to charge it, there is none.
