My dad told me at the announcment that Pevato leaving LSU was a main factor, that he had a lot to do with recruiting him and shite.... he will learn that he is going to a losing program that won't be good for years, oh well.

That's such BS. We brought in probably the best DB coach in the country and this kid's dad uses that as an excuse? Please that is a crock of shite.

Peveto left two months ago. Janzen is just making excuses. Decommit then if the only reason was some guy that is now a coach at Northwestern.

No that is what JJ said when they asked him why he didn't go LSU and went Tenn, not a crock of shite a-hole, my dad was there and he told me what the kid said, Pevato leaving was one of his main reasons for not going to LSU, out of the horses mouth

I'd say the reason is b/c his dad and coach O are good friends. JJ wants to coach after his playing days and figured Monte would be a good fit for that. Plus, dad no longer coaches in LA so they don't really have to worry about the whole LA angle.

Hey, a-hole, I'm not saying he didn't say it. Read the post again. I'm saying it is a bullshite reason for changing. We improved the coaching staff by bringing in a coach who has previously coached SEC players to the number 2 pass defense in the country in 2009 and the excuse given is the guy who was recruiting me left 2 months ago? He wanted to come in and play for a coach or coaches in our case that took the defense from top 5 to what 32nd or worse and didn't even know what coverages they should be in before the play. He may have said it I just don't buy that is the real reason. That's all. Where did you get that I was doubting what was said.
