High scoring offenses and defenses that give up a lot of points.
Except for that one year where Wade’s defense improved astronomically only for the offensive production to tail off. Looks familiar.

Except tPear is likeable and charismatic and he energizes people, while Kelly is a charisma black hole nobody wants to play hard for.

Maybe your post was tongue in cheek, but for the INSANE mother jumpers who are anti Wade here, the formula is simple for our current funeral home director, I mean coach.
Perform as well or better than Wade did here, and the Wade brigade will shut right on up about the coach who's about to turn NC state into what LSU should have been for going on a decade now.

The difference in basketball is that you have the same group of guys who have to play offense and defense. Most times they are much better at one vs the other. In football you recruit both sides of the ball, so there shouldn't be a trade off.

BK is like an overcooked steak. Dry and tough to swallow. Overall it's not terrible but you know it could have been so much better and there's nothing you can do about it now but keep on chewing. You're not going to throw it out because you paid a lot of money for it already so you just deal with it and learn your lesson so the next one comes out better.
