I've been lucky and have two.

First one was at Azalea City in Mobile after a Mardi Gras ball the night before. Got home around 3 am and then had a tee time at 9. I was hungover and played like crap til I hit the shot on the 6th hole.. Hadn't had a beer until then, but loaded the cooler at the turn

Second one was at Point Mallard in Decatur, AL on hole #8. Short hole with a blind pin placement. Did not see it go in the hole. Game has gone to crap since then

Aug 2001 Selman Field (RIP in peace) Monroe. Playing with 3 other randoms. 4th hole up near the road. 150yd, 8 iron, landed about 2 feet far and right of the pin and spun back on the hill and caught the cup. Hit to a foot on the other par 3.

1st - Was then the 6th hole if I remember correctly at Twin Pines near Russellville. Was a 9 hole course at that time. Hit just short and one hopped in. I was 15 at the time.

2nd, 3rd and 4th - Same hole, hit it past the hole and spun back in.

5th - 8th hole at Arrowhead in Tuscumbia (it’s a subdivision now I think) 5 iron I think hit the edge of the sprinkler head, went dead left across the green and in.

6th - 17th at Arrowhead. 8 iron, Hit just right and long, spun back in.

7th - 17th at Arrowhead. SW, one hop and in. Winter green

8th - 8th at Haleyville CC. 6 iron, hit just short and rolled in

9th - The Capstone near Tuscaloosa. 3rd hole. 4 iron to the uphill par 3. Didn’t see it go in, was the day before my oldest daughter’s wedding, 1st round with my future son in law. That was 18 years ago.

Been stuck on 9 since, got close a bunch but just haven’t gotten #10

I found mine to be kind of anticlimactic. I mean it was cool, but it was also like dang alright.

#2 at Tiger Point in Pensacola, on vacation, playing with my brother.

Just a standard 7 iron, 155 yards. Hit my typical cut hole high, bounced right and disappeared.

1st - Webb Park #15: Skulled a bladed PW about 6’ off ground that frozen ropes directly into the flag pole. CLANK! and it dropped straight down and I watched it bounce 2 inches behind the hole. I spin around looking at my playing partners and started to say “Ugly Birdie” when they exploded screaming “It went in!!!”

2nd City Park #9 - Beautiful 9i…. High arching shot with baby draw…. Hung in air forever…Slammed into the cup without touching a blade of grass. I WAS PLAYING ALONE.

Hole 3 and hole 17 at Webb.

Didn’t see either go in because of flag placement.

I’d have 30 if everything I had hit the pin, lip out or land in and jump out had ended up in the cup.

So guess you should check your own drawers for the source of that smell.

3
first one at 15 yrs old, first year playing golf, bounced a 9 iron over a bunker in to the hole
2nd one at LSU course #11 at 19 yrs old, 3 iron into the wind, never left the flag
3rd one at East Lake in 1977, formerly hole 12, I think, one iron 225 yds perfect shot.
Haven't a made one since 1977.
I have hit the pin or hung on the lip 10+ times since 1977....

1-junior tournament when I was around 10. 8i from 80 yards. Landed and ran in. #10 at muni in Lafayette

2- slam dunk 7i from 160 into the wind on #3 in Crowley

3- Tournament in Abbeville. #15. My partner and I are out of it. My buddy shoots the yardage. No glove, throw a ball onto the tee box from the cart, bunt a 9i from 130. It runs like a putt and goes in!

6 is a par 5. You probably holed 4 or 8 on the front side

I have 2.

1. 1994: At Fort Gordon there used to be a 9 hole course called Golf Center near the officers club. It was a goat ranch, but $1 if you joined the officers club. The second hole was a par 3. 160 yards. I chose 7 iron. Struck it great. Never left the hole. I was with my brother. We called my dad on my bag phone(expensive back then)

2. 2021: West Lake CC near Augusta. Number 8. 142 yards. 7 iron. Playing wolf with 4 friends. Wolf had just picked our best player as his partner since he had hit to to 5 ft. I put a good swing on it. Best player saw it go in. Good times.

I still have the older 7 iron. It is shorter and has more loft than the 7 iron I made the ace with in 2021. Even with that I somehow lost 18 yards in 27 years on a seven iron.

If you play at Magnolia Grove then you may have ran into Miss Beth. She is a starter for the Crossings and Falls in mobile AL. She has had 45 hole in ones. Wrap your head around that one

I've had 3 hole-outs on par 4's for eagle, but never an ace. My stepdaughter took up golf and I watched her score an ace nine months after she started playing golf.

Closets I've been was at the TPC San Antonio on #16 on the Oaks Course, that par 3 with the bunker in the middle of it.

1 Day before my birthday and with my dad in the middle of July. Extremely hot on that day. Was playing 140 to the center and the hole was on the short left side just below the ridge that divides the hole. Hit a really high 9 iron and it dropped right over the top of the hole and on the ridge. We started watching it roll backwards and it came to rest 2" from the hole. Haven't been the close before or since.
