I know it’s popular to hate on him now, and it very well May turn out to be a long-term train wreck. But a lot of coaches struggle their first year taking over a job and later have success.

Do you blame him or the place who hired him? UNC knew his age before they offered him the job. They knew the plan and agreed to it. If you really believe it’s all a shitshow then you have to look at who started the show.
