Nice round! I’ve only broken par on 18 twice, once was a 69 on a par 70. My son shoots under par once a week and im happy for him, but also annoyed

Awesome!
Still trying to shoot par. I have a total round of 73 as the lowest, but I have 34-34 as my all time low on nines. (34-42 and 40-34)

Congrats, that's awesome
68 is my lowest, ever 10 years ago. 6 birdies and a double. I can still picture every shot of that double bogey
Haven't broke 70 since but I'm fine with that. Broke par once this year and that's still a great feeling.

I can relate to this. I've been playing since I was 15, over 30 years, my son who is 18 has been playing for 3 years and he shot a 67 on a par 71 course. Played in the monday game with a bunch of guys and the club pro and won $350 that day. I made him give me the $40 I paid for the entry fee
The little turd also has 2 hole in ones. One of them is within the 1st six months of playing and the other was a walk-off hole in one to win the high school tournament. I've been playing over 30 years and haven't hit one, it is very annoying but also fun to watch him play good. I can beat him maybe 1 out of every 10 times we play.

Had mine this weekend too. I just couldn’t miss! Then couldn’t hit a ball when I went to play yesterday.
Golf is stupid. Can’t wait to play again though.

69 is ballin', dude! Nice job.
My lowest is a 75. Had like 6 birdies that helped. Was just a machine from tee to green that day. You don't get to experience many days like that.

Maybe it was 4 birdies...
I still have that card at my office on a shelf.... I have to check it again.

Best round is a 77 and I zero birdies which is the most frustrating thing. I was on all day hitting fairways and greens
just didn’t get a putt to drop.. truly a bizarre round

Congratulations.
Not my lowest score, but my 62 at age 62 could make a case for being my best.

Loved that layout. 10, 11, 12 from the tips was the toughest 3 hole stretch in Houston public golf

I am well below you baws. True bogey golfer here. Anything under 90 is a good day.
One day a few years ago at all came together on the same day at Pelican Point. Every part of the game was working. I needed was a bogey on 18 to card 79 and break 80 for the first time ever.
A snap-hooked drive into the woods and a triple-bogey later, I took home an 81 instead, and have never really threatened 80 since.
I am sure I hit a lot of good shots that day, but the only one I remember was the drive on 18.
