Rivals is owned/runned by Alabama supporters...It is all bull-shite! They move players to 5 star from 4 star when it helps there cause, and move 5 star players to 4 star players when they sign with somebody other than Alabama...It has been a riculous trend for the last 2-3 yrs of recruiting...slowly loosing whatever credibility they ever had.

bama signed 2 more guys than we did (with JJ) and recived like 10 more total points.

LOL at the excuses. Whether a Bama supporter owns Rivals or not (and nobody knows, we say other team's alum's own it, some say USC's alums own it), no players have been changed in star status today (if anything, the last time they did it hurt us with the huge Bonds drop) and the Rivals team rankings more so than any other go by a numerical formula and it wasn't altered today.

I and others have been saying we were gonna take the top spot since allstar weekend, and it was actually closer than expected with us not getting Massie and you getting Montgomery.

Both teams racked up today and added to their future, as did most of the SEC

Kenny Bell's defection was basically like adding 2 recruits to our list..

How many SEC teams were in the top 25? Was Vandy the only one left out?

FWIW I would consider avg stars better than overall points. That puts FLA 1 LSU 4 and BAMA 6 get what you need and get the best at it.
