He's not exactly wrong. But it's ABC's mistake to make.
If they are spreading false information (like Kimmel was), the FCC will eventually get them. Or their syndicates will stop airing the show and they won't be able to run anything profitably.

Agree with that opinion on case against. “Trapped in time” is what I was referring back to in his assessment of Trump being a brain dead copy of Biden. Trump’s wits at 2:00 am are more vibrant than most people and still better than Biden’s was 50 years ago
