Just out today from Rick Beato. Very interesting and informative.

I know the songs but nearly no history. I never realized he was pretty much 100% of the creative talent (at least by his telling). He was a hit machine and I asked my 10 year old as he walked through the living room if he recognized a few of the songs. He did. Kind of proving Beato’s point about how multi-generational they are.

Great interview, I'm a big John Foggerty fan.
Found it kind of interesting that he never mentions the Beach Boys,
him being a California guy and getting into the business during that time.

Green River, Willy and the Poor Boys, and Cosmo's Factory all released in less than a year's time is really astounding. I would put those three albums against anyone else's 3 album consecutive run. You really need to look to Yes, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones for anything comparable from that era.
