HC is like QB, you know it when you see it.
Kellen Moore is not a head coach. He’ll be a good coordinator in this league for a long time but he’s a lame duck head coach

He will be a good babysitter for a couple of years while we rebuild then we need to yeet him and find a real coach. Could be good for developing whoever the future QB will be in the meantime.

I don't see a real coach ever coming here. Payton was a real coach and he wanted out. I'm pretty sure he's told others not to come here.

I’m willing to give him at least 2 seasons even if this one is the big 0-fer. Money has been spent on the staff and unless he does something really bad, he gets a couple seasons of grace.

Yep.
He’s a nice guy. Probably a solid OC in the shadows. But he’s overwhelmed as an HC. You can hear it in his press conferences. Speaks fast in very nervous manner. As an HC you have to have some sense of arrogance to instill confidence in your players. This board bitched about DA having no fire. Moore has less.
It will be interesting to see how the team responds. This could be an early give up if he can’t win back the locker room
