Reason Why Montgomery's LOI Is Not In Yet

I used to do IT work for the Greenwood School District so I made a call. He had to go to Greenville for the announcement. It was not done at the school. Greenville is a 45 minute drive from Greenwood, and he will fax his LOI when he gets back to the school. FWIW
