I've done AI for some workout help, I would imagine upload a swing you want to emulate and then your swing, so the AI can compare. Perhaps.

I’m a physical therapist who also trains some youth athletes with speed, general strengthening, injury prevention.

I’ve gotten some pretty fun ideas for some of the kids especially jujitsu, soccer, baseball when I specifically tell it what I want.

Nothing mind blowing but more sports specific functional exercises that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

It was so much simpler when people just used steroids for sports training.

You really have an use an AI built specifically for that. It'll certainly be coming in the future, don't know of anything right now.

AI, especially the commonly used ones like ChatGPT, are essentially giving you the most probable answer based on their dataset. So I'm sure it'll give some sort of feedback, but IDK if it will be worth much.

Example: We have an AI tool that can see a flange connected to a pipe network, and it can see offsets that are so small the human eye can't even really pick them up that could require some vibration testing because it indicates an issue.

If I put that same picture into ChatGPT its not telling me that at all.

Yes. Next time you encounter a Trackman screen and see your total distance, carry, launch angle, etc. at an indoor facility, take a picture and upload it to ChatGPT. It will spit out what all the numbers mean, and what you can do to improve. Have not tried it for any other sports.
