We're not taking any plea deals. Fire this phaggot now.

quote:

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — There has been a social media firestorm in the aftermath of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination and part of that firestorm has reached Columbus State University.

CSU Creative Writing professor and Director of the CSU Press, Dr. Allen Gee, has resigned from those roles.

WRBL News 3 learned this Monday after an interview with CSU President Dr. Stuart Rayfield. Gee met with Rayfield on Monday and offered to resign his post with the CSU Press and the D.L. Jordan endowed chair that he currently holds.

President Rayfield says she accepted the resignations and that Gee – a tenured faculty member – would remain employed by CSU as an English professor.

Here’s part of what Gee posted on a Columbus Ledger-Enquirer website last week after Conservative political activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated in Utah.

“Charlie Kirk was worth over $12 million. He spewed hate constantly and used any tactic he could—interruption, talking loudly and over students—to humiliate students. He never sought unity and reveled in putting down younger people. His debates were filled with falsehoods, racism, homophobia, and white supremacist rhetoric. There was very little that was brave about how he spread hate. His shooting was extremely sad, though, with him dying as a victim of the gun violence that he sanctioned, defending the Second Amendment after a school shooting in which children were killed. Sadly, he received death threats all the time and his children will not grow up with their and his wife has lost her husband.”

I don’t see anything wrong with that quote. He basically just said I don’t agree with Kirk on many issues but his murder is wrong.

Quit being crybabies. Folks are allowed to have reasonable opinions.

That’s a matter of opinion. Drawing together that he has said that school shooting deaths are a price for our 2A rights is a fact.

I feel like a certain demographic is trying to shape the narrative around Kirk to white wash him a bit to fool unwitting people into thinking he’s like MLK. He was derisive and said hateful things on occasion. Some may think he was misogynistic. He’s got a lot of soundbites that many would not condone or agree with on record.

Y’all folks need to focus on the ones glorifying his death not the ones just stating an opinion about him you don’t like.

No, they’re not.

“I have moral and religious objections to homosexuality.” = “Homophobia”

“Men can’t get pregnant.” = “Transphobia”

“I don’t want my country flooded with illegals.” = “Xenophobia”

“All lives matter.” = “Racism”

It was the same false rhetoric calling him a white supremacist, fascist, hate filled bigot, transphobe, Nazi, and misogynist that led to him getting killed. I even quoted the part of his quote where this dumbfrick said “he advocated for the gun violence that got him killed”, which is basically him saying he had it coming. Don’t be so dense. He wasn’t simply disagreeing with his politics, he slandered and lied about a dead man. frick him and frick you too.

Why don't you talk about the actual quote instead of the one your fricking wife repeated to you to whip you into a frenzy.

quote:

“I think it’s worth it. It’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God given rights. That’s a prudent deal. It is rational,” he said on stage at a Turning Point USA Faith event in April 2023, via Media Matters. “Nobody talks like this. They live in a complete different universe. So then how do you reduce? Very simple… I don’t know. How did we stop shooting at baseball games? ‘Cause we have armed guards outside of baseball games. That’s why.”

You totally missed the point he was making. He meant that certain amount of inherent risk that happens to keep your freedom. Cars wrecks kill young people, but we allow teenagers to drive knowing the inherent risk happens

I understood his point and agree with him but I feel like pointing out in response to a recent shooting is in as poor taste as doing the same when a political activist just got shot. So what are we bitching about here? Seems like we’re just crying because they uno reversed his rhetoric upon his own murder instead of a schoolhouse.

I wouldn’t dare paraphrase a quote on the fly with such strenuous editorial peer review regarding citations such as you find on tiger droppings dot com.

This tells me you never watched the entire conversation he had on that matter.

He was derisive and said hateful things on occasion.

Give specific examples (the whole example) of what derisive or hateful things he said…..(hint you can not find it unless you take snippets of what he was saying)

quote:

He’s got a lot of soundbites that many would not condone or agree with on record.

I bet you still believe Trump fake “fine people” lie.
