Charlie believed completely how important it was for people to rest on one of the 7 days every week. There is no doubt in my mind a day of rest is good for our entire physical, mental and spiritual being. Just like a battery, we need to be recharged every 7 days! WORD!!

FWIW, I've not (yet) met anyone in the wild who holds these views.
Trust me, if anyone pipes up and makes some snide comment, it's on.
I'm not even what you'd call a huge CK fan. I've listened, liked a good bit of his vids, comments. Seemed pretty common sense, actually. Nothing too crazy, yet he was effective. That's what scared them the most.
