First game of the year for me last night. Flew in from Chicago and had a ball. I missed a quarter of football (3rd) trying to buy a few sprites. I realize it’s busy but in 50 years of going to sporting events I have never witnessed such a dumpster fire. I am not in bad seats sec 220. Anyone else experience this ?

It's actually quite consistently awful based on my experiences in the stadium. I think most people who have visited games know this. They never seem to make it better even when they do attempt to.

It takes way too long to get the basics
LSU baseball actually figured it out

Was in section 303 and could tell people were getting frustrated. I felt bad for the kids working it, it was a bunch of 15-16 year olds from Opelousas High who were completely overwhelmed at halftime. Saw several people have to just leave whatever they bought because they couldn’t get their card chip to work, kept declining when doing the “tap”

It was terrible where I was sitting as well.
You would think lines would move fast for filling up drinks and handing out mostly pre-packaged items. Even the popcorn and nachos are quick to make.

It's probably been 10 years since I've been to an away game or any other college stadium. LSU only. Are other school's concessions significantly better than ours? I heard Clempson is even worse.

Went to SC last year and set in the older deck. Concession situation was way worse than anything I’ve ever experienced at LSU.

For someone who goes to 1 game/year, you wouldn’t know - but you went to the wrong concession stand.

If there’s a line, keep moving. Plenty of options in NEZ. I went to concession stand 4x last night (in NEZ) & waited a maximum of maybe 10 mins pre game.

The concessions are 3rd world country. If you miss less than half a quarter of football it was a quick trip. Never heard Woodward talk about it. Too worried about setting up the loser “club spots” down by the field for the Supper Club thousandairs.

I’m in 415 and they combined the food line with the self serve beer area line. So the only way to get to the self serve beer area was to go through the food line first. It wasn’t like that last year. Made no sense at all. I asked one of the guys that was working the checkout area and he said he doesn’t know they combined the lines and agreed it was horrible.

I stopped getting food in the stadium years ago because of how bad it is. I eat and drink plenty before hand.

Best to just eat and drink before entering stadium. It’s just not worth the hassle.
