Actually not as bad as people make him out to be. I don't think any coach outside Saban (and maybe not even him because he chose to give up once NIL started) could have navigated these schedules for UF. Is Napier top tier? No, but I wouldn't hate him at Tulane next year if Sumrall goes to the big leagues. His players like him, he can win, he just needs to surround himself better. He can recruit too.

No retreads! And Florida retreads are singularly unsuccessful.
He at least needs to do some analyst time to figure out what went wrong.

Huh? A retread is someone you hire who you've already hired before. Napier had freaking ULL on the map. We hired Sumrall because he had success in the G5. You think if Sumrall goes to Kentucky they'll be much better than they are now? Not really. He may squeeze out a win or two more than they are currently getting, but he's not going to turn them into UT.

Pry or Foster and by a landslide. Both of them are real bad

Napier isn't good but he won 8 games last year. doubt pry or foster gets Florida to a bowl.

outside of that, maybe gundy (wheels have fallen off) or Tony Elliott (although uva looks better)

Napier is not nearly as bad as the other two, but is definitely in the bottom 10-15 of coaches. I'd say he is the worst coach in the SEC currently.

He's in his friggin' 70s. Was he supposed to coach forever?

Deshaun Foster

I’m not saying Napier is a good coach but he’s been dealt the most difficult college schedules I’ve ever seen over the last 2 seasons.

Deshaun Foster for sure.

He was set up to fail from the beginning. Clearly wasn’t ready.

Love watching Nico I’maloser fail spectacularly though.
