The way he says it the only obstacle for RR to come to LSU is his father. I have a bad feeling that it'll be OU. I'd hate to see that because while his prospect as a WR to the NFL won't be hurt any but I doubt OU will win any NC's anytime soon. SEC is where the best players play for NC's. I hope he realizes this.

Just heard it...the whole family, even RR, wants to go LSU and the father is causing problems with him wanting to go anywhere but LSU...

Larry Fitzgerald didn't win any national championships.

Like I posted on the other thread about his dad, etc:

It reeks of BS. The number one WR recruit in the country is worried about depth chart issues? We use a three wide pretty often, he'll be a starter no matter what. His dad obviously has other issues.

Said Bradshaw and his father had somewhat of a falling out because Bradshaw wants him to go to LSU.

Yeah but that sounds like a dumb reason to have a falling out and only proves that his dad has a problem with LSU.

this definitely seemed to be the case with dubose.. not that his father had a problem with uf.. but his mother definitely wanted him there.

this whole situation just isnt right. rueben and his whole family want him at lsu, except his dad. why doesnt the dad stop complaining about depth chart issues and let his son go to the college of his choice and be happy for him?

again, he's gotten sloppy at the end with this recruitment. As well as they have dealt with whole process, it's weird that he flips out towards the end.

Dads give advice to sons....its what they do. We may not LIKE his opinion, but he is doing his "duty". Dad likely wishes he did not do so publicly, however.

He will and he will

But...if he doesn't come here, I would rather him go to Oklahoma than Alabama. I am tired of these recruits getting upset with us and their retaliation is to commit to Bama or wear a Bama hat to school..(Ala Kenny Bell..supposedly)

Worst part is he may wait until after today to sign. I feel sorry for him. It must be tough for a young man to be pulled in so many diretions. Then to have it all done in the limelight... Best of luck to him wherever he lands (unless of course its Bama)

If RR signs today that could be better for us because we'll have another Tiger signing with him and there will be a lot of LSU fans.

I am afraid Dad win will out here. Dad seems to be a very strong influence. I think if RR does sign today its LSU. IF not, its OU.
