Bosch / Bosch: Legacy; Updated with Ballard

Just finished binging these as I saw them recommended in another thread to another user. What a great series. From what I could find, looks like it was cancelled do to rising production costs. Too bad, Harry Bosch was a great character and made for good viewing.
Ballard update: No way as good as Bosch or even Bosch: Legacy. To much woke bullshite in this one. Could they have assembled a more DEI crew to be the cold case unit? For some reason, I found the overweight cat lady to be distracting to look at when she was on screen. Probably one season and done with this series.

Ballard, Bosch spinoff is on Prime and Harry is still around and helps in a supporting role.

Too bad they turned that show into utter woke nonsense…but I’m still hopeful the new Bosch/Lincoln Lawyer crossover series will be decent.

I think that thread from a couple of months ago was a hoax.
Pretty sure there is a licensing (for lack of a better term) issue b/w Bosch and Lincoln lawyer with Netflix and Amazon. Essentially they have to be separate, even though both are written by the same book author.

Honestly, I’m feeling like the first season is a bit of a slog about halfway through. You’ve got me thinking I should maybe push on through to the end.

fricking Bosch. I just finished a rewatch of both of these a couple of weeks ago. Great series. I haven't gotten into Ballard yet.

I wasn’t a fan of the first season either, but the series finds its legs after that and gets much better.

It trailed off quality wise with Legacy, but it was an amazing ride overall.

Ballard was super meh, but not as bad as s1 of legacy.
