I was going to make a post about how he really didn't need to do that, and how i'm sure that Charlie's family will be well taken care of in his absence, but I couldn't do it without coming off as an a-hole, and besides, why would that even be any of my business.
Erika has to go on without a husband, and those children have to grow up without a father. There isn't a dollar amount big enough to replace that. My only hope is that his daughters grow up knowing their father was a hero. Bill and the others that have donated are a testament to that.
