It was bullet drop, no one aims for the neck. No "professional" hit would do that.

He hit him dead in the middle of the chest and the bullet ricochet off his vest into his neck.

What? He had a vest on? I didn’t know that. I just assumed whoever shot him aimed specifically for the artery in his neck.

The first video I saw it looked like he was hit in the chest. Then saw the neck video. Now there is a slow motion video showing he was hit in the chest and the bullet ricochet off the vest into his neck.

One theory I saw was the round hit possible body armor and it deflected it to neck. Hard to tell I haven’t looked into it much but the first video released today looked like it hit his chest at first. But they did report neck.

I don't know if he was wearing armor. There was just some folks talking about this being a pro. Maybe it was a ricochet off the vest.

He was going for a head shot ... he was nervous and had poor trigger control. He anticipated recoil and pulled the shot ... plus Charlie moved at the last second.

Bullet entered upper back right of his head and exited his lower left neck. Shooter was in an elevated position. And within a couple hundred yards
