If this guy didn't have to deal with much security and had all the time in the world to scout the area and wait for a good shot, 200 yards does not require a professional to hit a target sitting in a chair. ( i saw they measured the distance below on the google maps snip. Says 375 feet.... or 125 yards. A lot of jokers could make that shot)
