Lol. How am I implicated in this?

All I ever said was the indisputable truth. That a Trump immigration judge ruled in 2019 that he couldn't be deported to El Salvador. The ruling didn't preclude him from being deported any where else on earth.

This is a good result as far as I am concerned. I'm sure it furthers the Trump Administration's excellent policy of encouraging self deportation of some of the MILLIONS of illegal aliens in our country.

I'm always willing to learn. Why did this get 4 downvotes? Do y'all have ANY facts to dispute this or is it just your feelings that are hurt?

He isn’t leaving the USA, no judge will allow it. They’ll probably rule deportation is unconstitutional.

And you don't see a single democrat from the groups that flew down to El Salvador coming to his defense now.

Gee wonder why is that??

I've been engaging you on this since he was in ES.

At that time, you were of the mind he needed to come back because ES was the ONE place he shouldn't have been sent.

What's your take now that that ONE place has grown to over 20 places he fears for his safety?

Do you think his defense is operating in reality or good faith or do you concede they are using every attempt to game system?

I remember our conversations. I didn't think the court had the power to order him returned. He was beyond the jurisdiction of the United States in El Salvador.

As stated, I thought his "persecution" argument was weak and that Trump immigration should have deported him in 2019. Glad to see him deported.

ETA: I didn't answer your question. The multiplicity of the countries cited by his lawyers shows how bad the original Trump immigration ruling in 2019 was. As for bad faith, they are just exposing how easy it is to game the system. Hire/appoint/draft 10,000 immigration judges, have the asylum hearings, and deport the 99% (such as Abrego) who don't have grounds to fear persecution.
