Prayers for him. Doesn’t matter how old a man is, his mom will always be seen as the mom he had when he was a child. Thankful I still have mine.

Paul was very good to his mom. I saw him visit her quite often. Seems to be a true gentleman based on how I saw him treat people. She must have raised him right and been a good mom.

Prayers for coach. I’m glad he still had her around at 68 years of age.

And you will always be her little boy. I lost my mom in 2020, at 90, and that's how it still was. Don't ever take her for granted, not for a second. One day she'll be gone, and the inconceivable will become reality.

Condolences to Coach and his family...

This is a very classy thread. Hope it stays that way. Prayers for Paul. Losing a parent is never easy no matter the age.

Prayers to Coach and his family.

quote:

A MOTHER’S LOVE
There’s no love like a mother’s,
Her heart is filled with care.
With Christ as her example,
Her Savior’s love she’ll share.
A mother’s love is endless,
Not changing for all time.
When needed by her children,
A mother’s love will shine.
God bless these special mothers,
God bless them every one,
For all their tears and heartaches,
And special work they’ve done.
When days on earth are over,
A mother’s love lives on,
Through many generations,
God’s blessings on each one.
Be thankful for our mothers,
Who love with higher love,
From power God has given,
And strength from up above.

Age does not matter when it comes to parents and children.

Cancer got my mom in 2016. She was 78 but I was her boy. That never changed.

I saw him earlier today and he was visibly shaken, and rightfully so.

Prayers for Paul, and his siblings and the entire Mainieri family.
