This board won’t like it, but I need to make a trip to Myrtle beach.

I met my wife in Myrtle Beach back in '91. We went back a few years ago. Those beaches are pathetic and the rest of it seemed kind of run down too.

We weren't impressed.

If anyone is going to MB for a trip I highly recommend the Sea Captain’s House for dinner.

To me every place else is a tourist trap or isn’t that good, period. The Sea Captain’s House has been great each time we’ve went.

Myrtle Beach

I was there a few years ago working for about 10 weeks. I hated it. Extremely rundown and trashy. Shitty food.

It reminded me a lot of Panama City Beach in Florida. Everything is old and depressing. fricking giant souvenir shops everywhere. It's for "budget travelers".
