Can prisoners not milk cows? There are over 23,000 prisoners currently in Wisconsin.

Tony is one of those liberals that would never even get off the highway in a rough part of town where things are made, or a rural part of the state where things are grown and milked. He likely goes straight from his governor mansion to his lake house or country club.

If you look at his wikipedia page, he has never had a real job. PHD at UW, then education superintendent (IE responsible for the total BS in education for decades).
I have a serious beef with the educational leadership here in the country. I knew a few growing up, and a lot of them are interestd in shiny stuff and silver bullets to "fix" education.
Um no, try teaching basic writing and math and quit chasing shiny objects. It works, ask the private sector.
