If you took Trump off the table, he’d deserve to be in. The man had a massive impact on the biggest city in the country. His “story arc” is amazing really. Loved/Hated/Loved/Hated.
Damaged/Destroyed the mob. Hurt some feelings cleaning up NY. Became a caricature in his later years.
