Can you guys school me on buying marsh land? Me and some buddies have come across some tracts of marshland that have come up for sale recently and we’ve been considering it instead of continuing to lease for duck season. Any general thoughts would be helpful as it doesn’t seem to make much sense. How does it have any value if it continues to erode? Once it’s gone, what do you own, water? Thanks fellas.

Yes. Once it's water you have a crackhead ride around in an airboat to tell fisherman they are on private land.

I think Bill Dores place is still on the market ($76,000,000) if I member correctly. Besides being over priced I would bet there’s a couple environmental issues one might need to plan for.
You might make a run at Little Pecan also if you’re feeling frisky.
Most of the good shite will never be sold and if by chance it does, you are going to need a bag of $$.

The place in Cameron? Does he still have his place out in Vinton? Gray Ranch I think it was called?

He doesn’t own the Gray, that’s the Stream family.
M O Miller, will never be sold
Laccasine Co, will never be sold
Henning, will never be sold
Cherry Ridge, will never be sold
Crane, will never be sold
Sweet Lake Land, will never be sold
Add Miami and vermilion corp

MO Miller property may surprise you sooner than later. There are something’s going on that could be viewed as preparations for a sell. I think little pecan could be had, it would take a f$@&k ton of money. The others on your list wouldn’t even entertain a conversation.

Leased from this family for 25+ years. Difficult to deal with with all the family members.
