For those who followed his recruitment better than me.

How highly touted was this guy? Surprised me would contribute this early. He saw multiple snaps on Saturday as a true freshman.

Usually a real good sign whenever a true freshman kid plays Game 1

He was slept on by recruiting services but by the time his senior year was ending everyone was after him. Texas, Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, etc.

I am thing Kyle Williams will be a Home run hire and the proof will be on the field. Never was impressed what Bo Davis did honestly

He played 2 snaps. More than most would have predicted he would for sure.

Buddy Mathis, Brandon Brown & Zion Williams were last years DL class. All are good development prospects

You weren’t impressed with the production that he got out of a depleted talent pool last year? The guy performed a small miracle.

He helped rebuild a completely depleted room and set up Kyle Williams well

Not as touted as Daverin Geralds but they're similar prospects. Mathis a little more size, Geralds a little more explosive. Sawed off penetrators. The surprise is that Mathis hit the field before Zion. Many around the program are higher on Zion. Think style played into that.

I have nothing against 6-1 300 Dt.

They can leverage under these tall OL.

If he blows us we have to call him Walter mathau

Both Mathis and Geralds have the potential to become very good DTs with the right development.

I'm one guy that is extremely high on zion Williams. He will get plenty snaps next yr. His spot just has upperclassmen like jacoby there.

Zion Williams power and size is something you just don't see as a true freshman.
