At least twice, Clemson should have gotten the flag.

It looked like he was trying to make legit throws but couldn’t get anything on it because he got hit, they were borderline

Apparently not if a defender almost intercepts your grounding attempt.

Agreed. It became obvious that anytime Klub was in the grasp he could just throw the ball any distance or direction and it was an incomplete pass. Didn't matter about tackle box, line of scrimmage, or if anyone was in the area.

Definitely cost us a couple of sacks last night and took down in distance away from our defense. The defense stepped up and made the stops anyway.

absolutely agree with this, no one in the vicinity of the ball, and the ball didn't even get back to the LOS, on at least one of them.. may both.

First play of their second to last possession was definitely grounding. Not sure how it could not be.

Twice, he was inside the tackle box And the ball didn’t make it pass the line of scrimmage And there was no eligible receiver in the area.

This was one of the MOST one sided officiated games I’ve watched in a very long time.

So the officials were awful.

I’m not usually one to jump on the refs suck bandwagon but last nite was one of the worst officiated games I have ever seen.

No, it’s a penalty but this crew didn’t call it and several other infractions including defensive holding Called a touchdown an incompleted pass. SEC needs to reprimand this crew.

It’s one thing to get hit and not have any power behind a well intentioned pass attempt, but that’s not what I saw. He was obviously getting rid of it to avoid the sack. I just don’t think he hit all the criteria for a good throw away.

Nope and the ball crossing the plane of the goal line and the player hitting the pylon isn’t a TD anymore either.

Doesn’t matter what his intentions are, if it meets the criteria, it’s IG. By rule, both plays in questions here, should’ve been called

It was horrible. That 7 point takeaway will soften LSU’s ranking.
