The video shows 56-year-old Robert Ray Fortenberry parking on the street in front of a home in Tallulah, Louisiana, then exiting his vehicle to confront one of his neighbors.
According to police, Fortenberry hit one of his neighbors’ cars, fled the scene, then returned in a different vehicle.

The idjit hothead was pissed at a neighbor parking in the road- he showed his arse, fired a shot and left.
What was the hate crime? I'd say hitting a parked car, brandishing and using a weapon is crime enough.

All the other options at that point…drive home and lick wife’s arm pits, eat roast beef sandwich with some potato salad, order a new shovel on Amazon…
And so many more productive alternatives.
Yet, something drove his extra ordinary behavior. Something extra ordinary in Tallulah. That’s one of those towns with LOuisiana Independent School District formed early 1970’s, correct? All white all right high schools type.
