Alabama = Ole Miss…then no where else. UGA kids are too smart to be the Alabama and Ole Miss level of carried away by it. Gotta have the right mixture of stupid and rich.

In the 80s, LSU was at the very top. It’s really gone downhill since then. The frats/sororities on campus aren’t allowed to do 1/10th of what they were allowed to do in the glory years.

IDK how it is at LSU now a days but when I was there about 15 years ago they basically tried to kill greek life at LSU (thanks F King). so LSU would have been near the damn bottom.

Dude in the 80s early 90s you could pull a beer truck up in the front yard of the house for parties and we did on the regular. In addition to impromptu TGIFs which meant pulling the couches out in the yard, getting a few kegs, throwing the football/frisbee around and waiting on the female of the species to drop by. It was all about the house as the focal point back then. Since the university has seriously restricted what you can do in the house, all of that is gone.

Just imagine walking down fraternity row on a Friday and every fraternity having pulled out their sofas onto the lawn with several kegs on tap. Everyone was drinking, including the occasional high school kids that came along.
As a senior in high school, I remember going to Spring Testing and getting completely blitzed at Jam Jam. The next morning, I woke up with an LSU sorority girl in one of the cow stalls. I had to run over to Quad just to take my Spanish test (tested out of 5 hours of Spanish by the way!).
The partying was just never ending. The administration rarely got involved unless someone did something really stupid. The debauchery was just insane – but in a very good way. in short, it was just good, clean fun had by all.

A group of guys should start their own fraternity house off campus. Course you wouldn’t be sanctioned by LSU or a National but who gives a frick anyway. Hang some greek letters up and wala!
