What is the best way to deal with Islamic terrorists?

I don’t condone this, but an extreme stance would just kill the shields. Maybe then the people would fight back before becoming these shields knowing that we/our allies would just mow them down regardless.

Again, I don’t condone this, and it would most likely backfire and radicalize more, but who knows.

Easiest way to deal with them is to not deal with them. Keep them in their countries
