Is Darius Gray last recruit? Want to know for 247 class calculator

Landing him would put us at 6th. Just seeing if there are any lower rated 3 or low 4 stars that would put us into the 2nd or 3rd spot if we land.

Not gonna be a top 5 class simply because of numbers. Some teams will have 10+ more recruits than us but only be 10-15 pts higher than us. In my opinion, we will finish top 5 in average.

I’m shocked some schools are still signing high school classes of 27+ kids with the portal available.

Guys that we are still pushing for, but need some tough work to flip

Anything after the top two is just a bonus IMO. Those guys will solidify the best OL, DL, and WR haul in the country. The other 3 would fill needs, in this class, for their specific positions. More likely than not, we go in the portal for an RB, QB, and LB.

We need 5 or 6 more to have a top 5 class. Darius and Jase are sorely needed for ranking purposes. The Bradford flip would probably get us there.

Tigers still want Gray and Mathews and will continue to try to flip Bradford. I’m sure they wouldn’t say no if a top QB wants to flip but as others have said, this looks to be much more of a 21-22 man class max over a 27-30 man class.

With the portal, the overall rankings don't really matter too much anymore. Look at the average and the position groups, IMO. We're still short in QB and RB, but they obviously aren't just taking someone for numbers.

Would think we go after a QB, RB, LB, TE as well either flip or late offers, based on holes in this class.

Add Gray, Matt, and Bradford. That will be the top class based on rating per player. Also top class in the porthole. We aren’t signing 30 guys

Not likely to land even half of those guys. Don't sign just to sign someone. Keep the cash for the transfer portal. It's a necessary evil now.

False, we don't. Adding Darius Gray and Blaine Bradford puts us at 3rd. Just Blaine Bradford is Top 5. So we need just 1 or 2 guys that are good.
